We joined up with children from the other schools in our Primary School Collaborative and spent the day learning about nature, learning new skills and having fun in the outdoors.

We did different activities including learning about different plants, trees and animals, and they they all co-exist in the woods. Among the other activities were making sculptures from natural resources; shelter building (which were tested by pouring water onto the top and seeing if we stayed dry...we didn't!); woodland games; pond dipping; mini-beast hunt and woodland crafts.
